Our high precision optics department designs and produces high-precision optical components such as mirrors, lenses, windows, prisms, etc. Our comprehensive service line includes manufacturing, shaping and polishing components, as well as customizing “one-off” OEM component. Equipment Description

 

High precision cutting machines accurately control the depth.
Owing to the accuracy of our machines, sizes and dimensions have closer tolerance than any conventional machining or grinding processes.
Continuous polishing machines with diameter of 500mm allow us to fabricate large diameter precision optics.
Our cylindrical grinders are suited for multiple diameters with exact concentricity, taper and repeatability.
